Upcoming classes
Classes are held in a home setting in Madison, WI, near Vilas Zoo. Tuition includes small group instruction for the expectant mom and her companion, the textbook, numerous official handouts and 2 relaxation cds or mp3s.

Most people take the class towards the end of the second trimester or beginning of their third, though it's never too early--immersing yourself in the positive, comforting philosophy of HB has many benefits. Also, some women find they want to make a change in their care provider and this is easier to accomplish earlier in pregnancy. After you have attended a course you are welcome to come back to later classes before your birth at no cost, as a "refresher."
Classes are subject to cancellation (or will be postponed) if minimum enrollment is not met one week prior to first class. Bring a Friend: Sign up with a friend and both families receive a $50 discount.
